You will have as much time as you need to browse our extensive menu before making up your mind. Do remember that we have a varied specials menu and leave room for one of our mouth-watering desserts.
We are pleased to cater for any special dietary needs you may have, including gluten free, just telephone us in advance to discuss this with one of our helpful chef.
Every Sunday you can choose from a mouth-watering selection of roasts at our famous Carvery. You dont always need to book, but call us if you want to reserve a favourite table or one for more than 5 people. Booking is also advisable for busy holiday weekends.
Monday to Thursday nights are Steak & Curry Deal Nights at the Tunnel Top, so why not join us for a superb steak or curry of your choice and finish a relaxing evening with the live music on Mondays or the quiz on Wednesdays. Check our other pages for more information.
We have a few things lined up already for 2013 which we hope will blow away the winter blues...
Monday nights is when the locals gather to play live music. Everyone is welcome to come and join in. Bring your own instrument and plug in. The styles vary, but the underlying theme is simply to have fun making music. Singers are also welcome... as are that other essential ingredient - listeners!
Wednesday nights are when the Tunnel Top Quiz takes place which, as regulars will know, gives us all the chance to support very worthwhile local charities. We have a change from the usual type of pub quiz, giving everyone a chance of winning, not just the same teams over and over. Come along at 8.00pm and see for yourself. We have cash prizes and a 'rollover prize' which increases each week if it isn't won!
Our aim, as always, is to support three local charities each year, not only with quiz nights but with all the events which take place at the Tunnel Top. Our first charity this year is Warrington Sea Cadets who make a big difference to the lives of young people.
